The controller responsible for the processing of personal data within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Einklang only processes data that is necessary for the core function of the app: you answer questions separately and then compare your answers together.

We do not collect location data, contacts, payment data or usage/analytics data, and we do not track you for advertising. Einklang contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the user agreement). Without this data the core function of the app (answering and comparing questions together) cannot work.
To provide the app we use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:
Your data is stored for as long as your account exists. If you end a connection, your shared game rounds, answers and chats remain stored but are no longer shown in the app; they are deleted together with the account. You can delete your account at any time directly in the app (menu at the top right → “Konto löschen” / delete account). This permanently deletes your account, your profile, your connections and the shared game rounds and chats, including for the people you played with. Alternatively, we will delete your account on request (see contact above).

Einklang is not specifically directed at children under 16. If we become aware that personal data of a person under 16 has been collected without the required parental consent, we will delete this data without delay.
We update this privacy policy whenever data processing in the app changes (e.g. with new features). The current version is always available at this address. The German version is legally binding; this English version is provided for convenience.
